PARAKKAT RESORT....STAYED FOR ONE DAY...REALLY LOVELY EXPERIENCE...OUT OF THE WORLD AMBIENCE.....VERY COMFORTABLE ROOM......YUMMY FOOD ....AND ABOVE ALL....THE STAFF....!!!! THE WAY WE WERE LOOKED AFTER ......EVEN MY WIFE DOES NOT PAY SO MUCH ATTENTION....FROM THE TIME WE CHECKED IT.....STAFF AT RECEPTION WERE SOOOO HELPFUL....ESP...NAVAMANI...SHRILEKHA...DILSHAA...ABDUL...VIBIN......!!!THE RESTUARANT WAS ANOTHER EXPERIENCE....!!!! WERE LOOKED AFTER BY ALL ESP AMALA...MURUGAN....!!! THE CHEF CAME PERSONALLY TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE FOOD...!!!... TIME FLEW...SOOO MANY ACTIVITIES...THE POOL....THE JEEP RIDE...THE HANGING BRIDGE...THE ROPE CYCLE...THE CAMPFIRE....DANCING...DJ...!!!! We have selected Parakkat based on the views from rooms and assuming of certain quality as it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. We booked one 180 Jacuzzi and one 90 Jacuzzi. One of them has drainage smell in toilet and in another one Jacuzzi did not work. So manager shifted both rooms. Even then Jacuzzi did not work in another one. Overall in this process lost more than a day of the trip planned. Food was average and same breakfast menu all three days. All the staff were very good and knows the hospitality. But the manager who knows what rooms are good is careless to book the rooms which doesn't have the right amenities. We would have been more happy if we went to some budget hotel Views from the rooms were excellent as it is not resort control and hence not spoiled Management should be ashamed to maintain such property in so bad manner and claiming it as a 5 star property

Close to nature-A truly serene and refreshing place, making our holidays equally enjoyable, adventurous and memorable .Hospitality and services were too good.. Highly recommended place for your vacation..Shall visit again 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Swimming pool was not working, which was not communicated to us at the time of booking . Activities were below standard.

Stayed in Room 2006 for 3 days and here is my take on Parakkat. Booking process was seamless and the check in process was smooth. Water in the Swimming pool (The one facing the circular swing) the filter area needs immediate attention, looks like its cleaned ages before. Food taste was also average. I have booked for Dinner buffet also for my stay and both breakfast and Dinner spread was more, but need to improve on taste. For the price that I paid, I did not expect roaches. Roaches was found in bathroom and in bed. Before I could take a photo, everything ran away and got only one captured. See the condition of hand shower and commode, these things should have been fixed as part of their daily check. I might not go back again to Parakkat.
